1. Email id

2. Mobile no

3. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned University Applied Form under 200 KB

6. Scanned Inter/10+2 Mark sheet under 200 KB

7. Scanned Inter/10+2 Admit Card under 200 KB

8. Scanned Aadhar Card in JPG/JPEG format under 200 KB

9. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 200 KB

II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR ADMISSION FOR PART-I(2023-2027)

The online admission process will have following 8 (Eight) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of P.U.P. College, Motihari i.e www.pupmotihari.com

Step 2: Please click on "Student Search" button given on the home page.

Step 3: By clicking on Continue to Student Search find your student information with your filled information.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up , you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Admission Form.

Step 8: Submit your Admission form alongwith payment slip at college office counter before due date.
